Call me Rain! I’m a tumblr grandpa, and I’ve been here in the trenches since 2009. I will take any pronouns you throw at me, so don’t be shy. I am an introverted cave gremlin and my muse is frequently holding me hostage in my own brain.

First and foremost. The mun is 21+.** For my own comfort, I will not interact with anyone below this age.
This blog is private, meaning I prefer to interact with mutuals only.
If you have a problem with seeing darker topics regularly mentioned, it’s probably best not to follow me.
I write a morally questionable muse. Posts will likely contain things that are potentially upsetting or NSFW. So if you have anything you want me to tag, let me know and I’ll happily tag it for you. I tag warnings plainly with “ [content] cw ”, e.g “gore cw” / “ nsfw cw ”.
My reply speed is sporadic and slow. I’m also slow to start OOC interactions. It’s not from lack of interest, usually lack of time or focus. If you don’t like this style, again, it’s probably best not to follow me.
I like to create firm line between IC and OOC interactions. My muse and I are not the same person, we are not alike. If we are having OOC conversations, we can always talk about how our muses might think/react, but please don’t treat me as if I am him or equate my beliefs with his.

I live in Asia. My time zone is GMT +8. Add that to the fact I have a full time job, and it means I will likely be sleeping or working when people from the US/Europe are most active. This means I might not respond right away to things, hope you understand!
My activity is fairly frequent but sporadic. My muse is high but I don’t get much time to post here. I post replies as and when I have the time/inspiration!
I am slow to reply both IC and OOC. I like time to think before I respond. If this bothers you, it’s nothing personal, but we likely wouldn’t be a good fit as writing partners. Please do not rush me, or place expectations on how often I need to contact you. It will make me anxious about talking to you and likely will result in cutting ties.
Sometimes I will keep threads drafted for a long time ( potentially months ) if I don’t have muse for that thread. I'm also extremely forgetful and distractible due to ADHD. Feel free to ask me about a thread if you think I forgot about it. If this happens it’s not your fault in any way, and I don’t mean anything by it. Usually I’ll happily start another thread/continue with you!

I greatly encourage any relationships at all with this blog. Friendships, family bond, rivals, enemies, lovers — all great! Just hit me up with your idea and I’ll probably be down.

If you’d like to create a romantic dynamic with Raum involved, the important thing to remember is Raum is an emotionally repressed muse who is usually only acting in self-interest.
IMPORTANT: I will not write sexual themes unless we have talked about it OOC. Things can get spicy between our muses and that’s fine. However, it requires some trust from me to do so.
I don’t want to write NSFW just for the sake of it. If I get the feeling you only want to write with me for sexual purposes, I will stop interacting with you.

The easiest way to interact with Raum is through the inbox! Feel free to send pretty much anything at any time, including ye olde memes from the tag. There is no time limit.
I can roleplay any length from one-liners to novella. But I struggle to control myself while writing and I prefer longer replies.
I'm slightly uncomfortable interacting with real life FCs, so if your character / FC is one, I'd prefer if we interact without images. Seeing a well-known face tends to break my immersion!
I don’t expect you to always match my length of reply, and I may not always match yours. As long as we give each other something to work with, it’s all good.
For threads, I generally prefer to plot together than write spontaneously. It honestly doesn’t have to be too in depth — let’s just chat a little and see how we can make things work!
My verses are always open to interaction! I’m very open to AUs as well. Mostly I prefer AU threads to be in a longer format with a little storyline.

Don’t come to me with dash drama, passive aggression, vagueblogging, callout posts, etc. I’m not interested in others’ drama. If you ever have a problem with me or my blog specifically, message me privately and we can sort it.
I will simply ignore or delete any ask if I feel uncomfortable with it, especially anonymous.
I’m okay for any mutual to contact me through IMs, but I prefer to talk/plot through discord. Tumblr has shadowbanned me before for using IMs too much, so I’d rather not take that risk again! Feel free to yeet your discord user in my IMs or ask for mine, I’ll do the same.
